About the Role
1. Provide compassionate support and assistance to individuals in our supported living accommodations.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and
household tasks.
2. Foster a supportive and empowering environment that respects the dignity and autonomy of each
individual.
3. Develop and implement person-centered support plans in collaboration with service users, ensuring their
needs and preferences are met.
4. Monitor and record progress, behaviours, and any concerns, reporting to the appropriate team members
or healthcare professionals as necessary.
5. Encourage and facilitate engagement in social and recreational activities to promote community
integration and well-being.
6. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, external agencies, and healthcare professionals to
ensure holistic and coordinated care.
7. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining
confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: Starting from €27,000.00 pa pro rata

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
Health and Social Care qualification or QQI Level 5 in Care Skills is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals and their families.
Empathetic and patient approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Full driving license is desirable.
