About the Role

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, scheduling
interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and HR
databases.
3. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hires are welcomed and
integrated into the organization smoothly.
4. Process payroll and benefits administration, including calculating hours worked, tracking leave accruals,
and responding to employee inquiries.
5. Support HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training and
development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Assist with HR compliance activities, including ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations,
and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
7. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
programs.
8. Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, providing insights to support decision-making and
continuous improvement efforts.
9. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and
coordination of HR activities.

Part - Time: 20hrs per week

Salary: Negotiable

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, with knowledge of HR processes and procedures.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
